Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. They will utilize various digital marketing channels, such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay- per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, to achieve the organization's marketing goals. The specialist will analyze campaign performance, conduct market research, and stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
3. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using web analytics tools and reporting metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
6. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
7. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, creating content, segmenting the audience, and tracking performance metrics.
8. Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
10. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement in digital marketing efforts.
11. Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, development, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
5. Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
9. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
11. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time hours | 35 hrs per week

Working days: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
